Unfortunately, due to over 6,000 comments which were all spam to our comments section, we have had to remove it and replace it with this new news section so that only approved comments about progress and plans are posted. It's your internet chaps. Time to take it back. overchat.org will be running a whitelisted email service soon, which will eliminate spam to our mail boxes.

I have had to remove the stable/testing/unstable hostnames because we actually only rent one static IP address right now, so these only work from the inside. All very well if you want to co-operate in a VPN with the OverChat project but useless and only based on port numbers otherwise. So we are back to running only one OverChat server available to the public: login.overchat.org
