Peering arrangements

We currently have no code for peering, however, we will beginng to co-ordinate database locking and data sharing with highly trusted development partners so we can begin building a shared network of servers. Natrually due to data protection laws and privacy concerns, access to the database will only be given as far as is necessary for the operations of the code and the exact permissions and operations will be published.
